留学生操行分评定量化考核标准
操行分作为量化学生在校期间学习生活各项表现，为各项评优提供参考。每学期操行分基础分为六十分，总分为一百分，如果超过一百，则按一百分计算。操行分四个等级：优秀(90-100)，良好(80-90)，及格(60-80)，不及格(60以下)。
一. 按获奖级别评定
1. 省级及上：一等奖加15分，二等奖加10分，三等奖加7分，参与奖加3分。
2. 地区级：一等奖加10分，二等奖加7分，三等奖加4分，参与奖加2分。
3. 市级：一等奖加8分，二等奖加6分，三等奖加4分，参与奖加2分。
4. 院级：一等奖加6分，二等奖加4分，三等奖加3分，参与奖加2分。
5. 年级：一等奖加4分，二等奖加3分，三等奖加2分，参与奖加1分。
注：三等奖以后的等级均按参与奖算。
二. 稿件评定（以篇为单位进行加分，文章需原稿及复印件。）
1. 院报类刊物：新闻，短讯采用加0.5分，文章采用加2分，包括网络。
年级用稿：投稿加1分，采用加1.5分
2. 广播稿：采用加0.5分，未采用加0.1分（运动会期间投稿在此范围内，且此项加分上限为2分。）
3. 学术论文：学报及以上刊物发表者加20分。
注：稿件严禁抄袭，一经证实，扣操行分20分，并给与警告及其以上处分。
三. 违纪评定
1. 行政处分：警告及以上处分，该期操行分不及格，不能参加本期奖学金评定，并取消本年度评优。
2. 通报批评：处通报批评扣10分。
3. 课堂考勤处理方法：上课迟到者2分/次，每学期迟到十次及十次以上者，取消该期评优资格。旷课或早退者5分/次，每学期旷课次数达到学院规定者，依照校规给予严肃处理，早退按旷课记，处理同旷课。
注：因迟到，旷课，早退受到通报批评者，扣分标准采取就高原则，不累计扣分。
4. 无故晚归，每次扣2分，无故不归每次扣5分。
四. 寝室卫生评定
1. 寝室卫生评分按照“留学生卫生寝室评分标准”进行。
2. 每次卫生评定优秀加4分，良好加2分，不及格者每次扣2-4分，合格不加分。
五. 干部评定
1. 班长视工作表现加0—10分。其他干部视工作情况加0—6分，干部会议无故迟到缺席扣0.5分/次。
2. 不称职的干部取消加分资格，干部职责范围内日常事务不加分。
3. 学生干部加分不累加(，对身兼两职或多职的干部，根据工作表现，就最高分的基础上，加0—2分。)
4. 凡身为学生干部，有包庇，弄虚作假者，一经发现，扣除全部干部加分。
六. 其他
1. 班上同学日常工作生活不加分。平时参与情况由班长考勤，期末时年级老师 根据记录，扣除不按规定参加班级活动的同学0—5分。
2. 球队，舞蹈队等日常训练不加分。参加比赛按获奖级别给予加分。在第一学年通过HSK本期操行加8分。
3. 设全勤奖，一学期内无违纪处分纪录，无请假纪录者，可评定全勤奖，给与通报表扬，操行分加分。如有弄虚作假者，一经查实，取消全勤奖，并扣操行分10分。
4. 对老师、医生、教职工人员等不礼貌者，每次扣5-10分。
5. 无故缺席会议或者学校年级要求参加的活动，一次扣2分。
6. 使用大功率电器，一次扣5分。酗酒者，一次扣3分。
7. 在公寓内制造噪音者，扣3分。凡违反相关校规校纪者，酌情扣分。（违规私拉乱接一次扣5分）
8. 参加留学生啦啦队等志愿者活动者，每次加2分。乱扔垃圾者，一次5分

Quantified Evaluation Standards of International
Students’ Behavior
Behavior marks are given according to students’ behaviors in their daily life and study which will be the reference in deferent kinds of Excellent Selection, such as scholarship, excellent graduates, etc. The basic behavior score of each semester for each student is 60, the total marks are 100. If total mark of the student is more than 100, it shall be counted as 100. The behavior evaluation falls into 4 groups: Excellent, Good, Average and Bad.
A. Rating as per award level
1. Provincial level and above: 15 marks for the first-class prize, 10 marks for the second class, 7 marks for the third class , 3 marks for participating;
2. Regional level: 10 marks for the first-class prize, 7 marks for the second, 4 marks for the third, and 2 marks for participating.
3. Municipal level: 8 marks for the first-class prize, 6 marks for the second, 4 marks for the third, and 2 marks for participating.
4. College level: 6 marks for the first-class prize, 4 marks for the second, 3 marks for the third, and 2 marks for participating.
5. Grade level: 4 marks for the first-class prize, 3 marks for the second, 2 marks for the third and 1 mark for participating.
Note: The prize below third class will be considered as participating prize.
B. Articles Evaluation (awarding marks shall be given in unit of one completed publicized articles, both manuscript and photocopy)
1. College level publication(on paper or on the internet): 0.5 marks for news, report, 2 marks for article.
2. Publication in the Department: 1 mark for contributing, 1.5 marks for being adopted.
3. Broadcasting Script (including those in the sports meeting.): 0.5 marks for being adopted, 0.1 marks for contributing but not being adopted. (The ceiling limit for this kind of mark is 2).
4. Academic thesis: 20 marks for publishing in college journal or journals rank above.
Note: Plagiarism is strictly forbidden. Once it is verified, the student shall get deduction of 20 behavior marks, and be given disciplinary punishment of warning or above.
C. Evaluation of Disciplinary violation
1. Administrative punishment: The student will fail in behavior evaluation and be disqualified in the scholarship judgment if the student was given administrative punishment.
2. The student shall be deducted by 10 marks if she/he gets circularized criticism by the office.
3. Class attendance: the student shall be deducted by 2 marks per time for being late, and will not be evaluated as excellent on terminal behavior if he/she is 10 or more than 10-times late for class in one semester. 5 marks for being absent or leaving early. If the student’s absence reached the disciplinary rules of the college, he/she shall be given serious punishment according to the rule. Early leaving is considered as absence.
Note: the student, who is given criticism in circulated notes because of absence, being late, or leaving early, shall be deducted marks as per the principal of being considered as the most serious circumstance, but not deducted accumulatively.
4. The student shall be deducted by 2 marks for coming back hostel late and 5 marks for staying outside whole night.
D. Assessment of Sanitation Room
1. The room sanitation is evaluated as per “the evaluation standard of sanitation room for International students”
2. The student shall be awarded 4 marks for “excellent”, 2 marks for the rank of “good” , and deducted by 2-4 marks for “bad”. No marks awarded or deducted for “Average”
E. Assessment of class leaders
1. The monitor shall be awarded 0-10 marks according to the performance of his/her work. Other class leaders, 0-6 marks. 0.5 marks shall be deducted per time for being late or absent for class leaders’ meeting.
2. Unqualified monitors can’t be awarded marks. And no marks awarded for the work in the range of his/her duty.
3. The marks will not be awarded accumulatively for the monitor. Those students serving 2 or more than 2 duties shall get 0-2 marks at most on the basis of the previous top scores.
4. The class leaders shall be deducted all bonus point once the behaviors of cheating or deception are verified.
F. Others
1. The student will not be awarded marks for his/ her daily work. The attending of any activity shall be recorded by the monitor. In the end of the semester, the teacher will deduct 0-5 marks on those students who did not join class or official activities.
2. The regular training of sports team, like football team, dancing team will not be awarded marks. They will be awarded marks according to the rank of the prize winning. The student will be awarded at least 8 marks for passing HSK exam in the first school year.
3. Full-attendance-prize is set for those students who have no record of disciplinary offence and leave record. They will be given praise in circulate note for full attendance and be awarded 10 marks on their behavior evaluation. But if they were found and verified cheating, they will be deducted by 8 marks.
4. The student shall be deducted 5-10 marks per time for his/her impoliteness to teachers, doctors and other college staff.
5. The student shall be deducted by 2 marks per time for being absent for the meeting or activities organized by the office or college without applying for leave.
6. The student shall be deducted by 5 marks for using high-power electrical appliances. The student shall be deducted 3 marks per time for drinking
7. The student shall be deducted by 3 marks per time for making noises in the hostel. The student shall be deducted marks according to circumstance of offending the college regulations. (being deducted by 5 marks for connecting wires illicitly )
8. The student shall be awarded 2 marks per for joining any volunteering activities, such as cheering team in sports meeting. The student shall be deducted 5 marks per time for leaving rubbish out.
G. Students Office of International Cooperation and Exchange Division reserve all the right for the final explanation in this Evaluation Standards.
